travel asia japan osaka osaka aquarium kaiyukan
ARCHITECT: PETER CHERMAYEFF LLC at CAMBRIDGE SEVEN ASSOCIATES (1993)

The Osaka Aquarium is located in the Minato war of Osaka, Japan, and is one of the largest public aquariums in the world.
It is located next to the Tempozan Ferris Wheel.
We visited the exterior of this structure in 1998 as part of an architectural tour of Japan and I saw it again in passing in 2020.
